I had the opportunity to walk this facility on tour with Laura Ungar and it was incredible. As someone in the industry I've seen many facilities so when I say it was impressive I have a lot to compare to. Laura's connection with the residents was evident and for seniors suffering from memory loss and dementia that just highlights the impact this memory care facility is having. I would definitely recommend to families of loved ones in need of high level memory care.

I have referred many clients to Arden Courts of Pikesville, and I do so with complete confidence. From the very first tour through a family’s entire journey, the team demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and a deep understanding of the dementia experience. They truly know how to meet each resident where they are — regardless of diagnosis or stage. I especially appreciate their thoughtful, structured programming, which is designed specifically for individuals living with memory loss. The Bridge Program, offered in partnership with Springhouse, is an incredible resource for families navigating early cognitive changes and needing additional support. Most of all, I value the staff. Their consistency, warmth, and expertise make an extraordinary difference in the lives of residents and their families.

The staff at Arden Courts, Pikesville, has been nothing short of amazing. Very supportive, very insightful, very gentle in their recommendations. We have not had a single thing to raise issue with since our parents moved in in early September 2024 and then at the end of October 2024. My mother loves the activities and the staff. My dad also loves the staff and the food! While the rooms appear small, they are cozy and clean and actually make my parents feel safe (and they came form a very large condo). Thank you for this sense of trust and relief we have that our parents are well cared for and happy.

My mother has been at Arden Courts for a little over a year, and while she was understandably uncomfortable at first ( as were we ), the staff's dedication and support made a big difference. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents, which brings a lot of peace of mind to our family. Mom is now content and happy, something we are all very grateful for. Though I unfortunately live out of state, I visit very often, and each time I see how well my mother is cared for. My sister and dad, who live locally and get to visit everyday, are also very pleased with the level of communication and personalized attention at Arden Courts. Knowing that she is in a place where she is safe and supported means the world to us. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for memory care for a loved one.
