Arden Courts of Sterling Heights

We couldn’t be more grateful for the care my grandma receives here. From the moment she moved in, we’ve felt such peace knowing she’s in a safe, loving environment. The staff truly treat her with kindness, patience, and respect, and it shows in how happy and comfortable she is every time we visit. One of our favorite things is the beautiful yard. It’s such a peaceful, well-kept space where residents can enjoy fresh air and sunshine. It makes visits feel special and gives our family a lovely place to sit with her and spend quality time together. We also really appreciate the family functions they host. The events are thoughtful, welcoming, and bring everyone together in such a meaningful way. It’s clear that they care not just about the residents, but about their families too. Most importantly, my grandma is very well taken care of. Her needs are met, she’s treated with dignity, and we truly feel she’s in good hands. We’re so thankful for the compassion and dedication of everyone who works here.

My father moved in two weeks ago. It’s really a nice place. The people that work there are very nice and attentive, they really take good care of him. We looked at three other places, and we liked Arden Courts the best. All they do is memory care, and I think that’s very important. I would highly recommend Arden Courts!!

Arden is my husband's new home, and I am very happy it is like a home setting, not a hotel. It is completely memory care with 24 hour supervision, which is perfect and necessary for dementia! The outdoor space is beautiful, the food is great, and medical care is always addressed. It's a tough choice in life, but when the time comes, I would highly recommend Arden for your loved ones.

In addition to caring for the residents, there are support groups and educational resources that help loved ones to navigate the ever-changing landscape of dementia. The care staff takes pride in meeting the needs of the residents and the environment is beautiful. The courtyard and engagement areas supplement the robust calendar of activities to encourage independence and a sense of purpose. That is so important for those on this path of dementia. They understand the needs of those experiencing cognitive decline and meet them where they are. Every individual is different and it is clear the staff understands how to approach with compassion. Grateful there are communities of caring like this one!

A memory care facility was our option when my husband's behavior issues escalated & safety was a concern. I was heartbroken, but Arden Courts was a lifesaver for my husband & I, as he needed a place to go rather quickly when he was discharged from the hospital on Christmas Eve 2024. Brittany & Mekisha made it happen in less than a day - We are forever grateful :-) Being at Arden Courts with a daily structured plan, the caring staff, physical & cognitive activities, snacks, plenty of room, both indoors & outdoors to walk, with a view of the golf course, wildlife makes him feel like he's Up North in his "Happy Place". He's thriving with all this offered up to him, that he requires less medication to control his behavioral issues & is more at ease. His experience at Arden has been wonderful & I can relax knowing he's taken care of. I'm thankful every day for his amazing care from the ENTIRE staff!
