We are so fortunate to have found Aria Assisted Living - Golden Years Resort for our father. I can't speak highly enough of all the staff associated with this home: their compassion, commitment, friendliness and care to residents and family are exceptional. There is a genuine effort on staff's part to address questions and concerns if they arise and to implement sincere and meaningful solutions. When the time came for him to move from his home, we visited many other assisted living facilities & knew he would get the best individual care here. He is happier than he ever thought he would be and we count our blessings to have found this special home.

Words cannot fully capture how deeply grateful I am for the Golden Years Resort. It is a beautiful and spotless care home. I also want to express my heartfelt thanks to Nicole and the team at Elderly Placement Professionals for guiding me to this wonderful place and helping me get my mom settled so quickly. After experiencing inadequate care at a larger facility, we moved her here at Hospice's recommendation, seeking the compassion and attention she deserved. The owner, Rakesh, kept me informed every step of the way, and the staff's love, kindness, and dedication far exceeded my expectations. The food was always fresh and top notch and they will cater to each residents needs. I was able to find peace knowing my mom was in such caring hands. Though she was only with them for 19 days before passing, I will always be forever thankful to Diane, Willy, Mel, and the entire team for their exceptional support and love during this time. I highly recommend Golden Years Resort.

My wife and I took care of my now 97 year old mother for 3 years living in our guest house next to us. As the years progressed, it became more and more difficult to take care of her with her progressing dementia /Alzheimer's,, incontinence, lost teeth, etc. After beating ourselves up for years, we finally realized we were doing her a disservice by keeping her in our home, with our limited knowledge of that type of caregiving. That's when we found out about Golden Years Resort in Atascadero, CA. A minute into our tour of the "Home", we were incredibly impressed, and fell in love with the place, as did my mother. This "Home" is not a "Facility", but a wonderfully thought-out house, with a huge Living Room, Kitchen, Theater Room, and Dining Room. It even has slot machines! The staff are incredibly dedicated, loving caregivers who treat my mother as if she were there own. This Home is newly remodeled throughout, and is beautifully done to make it feel like home, not an institution. It was the best decision we ever made, and mom is absolutely thriving there. I'd give it 6 stars if I could! Check it out. You will be impressed!
