If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. But I need to have a star to leave a review. These workers purposely ignore the patients here. There’s a button system for each room to press when you need help, and the nurse station will ding with a light and which room number needs help. Numerous times I’ve seen nurses sit there and ignore the light flashing and ignore the loud dinging. They do not do frequent room checks, and when you have patients unable to use the restroom themselves, you can see how that is an issue. They will sit in their own pee and poop without being changed for over an hour at a time. Causing UTI’s in the patients which furthers issues that they already have. This place is truly saddening to be in. How can you be a care provider and not care about the people you are providing for? I would never recommend this place for loved ones. Never.

My mother was just discharged from the hospital and there is no one available to "Assist" her with the issue that she's having at the Assisted Living facility! My mom was transported by an non-emergency ambulance and sadly, the paramedics are searching for the workers to assist.

It looks great from the outside and the apartments aren't bad until you look at them closely. When I moved in I had to Fix my own closet, the patio door was so dirty you could only halfway see through it and housekeeping said it looked okay and they weren't allowed to use paper towels to clean them. The sofa they were nice enough to provide was full of hairs and when I lifted up the couch cushions it was full of pretzels peanuts and what I think was cheese under the cushions, housekeeping was nice enough to clean it for me LOL I think she just scooped it up with her hands I don't think they even allow housekeeping to have a vacuum. The furniture was full of dust and the top of the V refrigerator was full of dust and the sinks were gritty and they said that a deep cleaning had been done, my behind it had. In fact it kind of looked like my behind and felt like it. Oh, I almost forgot, I was here for over a week and they gave me like a week's worth of meds and 3 days before I ran out I kept telling them I was going to run out and you never got my meds refilled and I spent a day without my heart medicine and all the other stuff I take and they really didn't seem to show much concern LOL. I was greeted by the executive director but when you first move in that doesn't do any good cuz you're overwhelmed by everything. If this place has any managers for anything else they never introduced themselves. I went up to the front desk to find out when the hell I can get my laundry done and the girl there told me to press my pendant so I can get some help, the freaking pendant is for emergencies only and I don't wear it. Almost nobody that works here seems to know anything about the place or what they're doing. I think I got here because I was set up by a couple of social workers from my Ascension nursing home I was at. You better look into this place deeply and carefully before you move here and don't expect to be able to keep any of your money cuz that's how the government " helps you ". They will take all of your Social Security money leaving you with virtually nothing each month and then use that to put you in a place like this where they keep you broke and harmless to their plans.

Worst experience ever. After 21 days in their care, my husband was admitted to Froedtert’s MICU for Urinary Sepsis and Ecoli. They put a diaper on the residents so they don’t have to assist them to the bathroom. The only showers he received in 3 weeks were given by me. The place smelled of urine and I brought cleaning supplies to clean his bathroom. The most disturbing was the way meds were administered. Some of his meds were time sensitive and were often given late. I have seen meds left in the common lunch room, not taken by a resident, where anyone can come along and take the pills meant for someone else. This place should be shut down. One star rating is too good for this place.

I have only been here a few days but the experience has been fantastic. I live in the independent living, have my own nice apartment with patio doors and patio. I even got to bring my cat. The staff is exceptional! Most of staff have come and introduced themselves to me. As we speak they are doing my wash and clean my apt on fridays. So many activities to do, day trips , something for everyone and make new friends. The building I am in is beautiful. Am totally pleased
