We recently had the pleasure of working with Lindsy Sims at Ariel Pointe, and we could not be more grateful for the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. A very special thank you to the incredibly kind and helpful Lindsy who assisted us throughout the process. She is patient, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. She took time to answer all our questions, made us feel comfortable. Her compassion and follow up truly made a difference during this stressful time. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s clear that the residents are treated with respect and care. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming place. Thank you again

My mother moved into Aerial Pointe 2 1/2 weeks ago. Every step along the way in the process has been nothing short of delightful! As a family member, we want our parents to be happy and in a good environment. The people here are so kind and friendly. They are welcoming and are helping my mother form new friendships. The dining room is beautiful and a perfect place for her to become better acquainted. They have a chef here and the food is very good. The maintenance staff is incredibly responses and caring. She has a beautiful two bedroom home with a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and a small miniature golf course. She loves to sun on her balcony which she has named the sun deck. I have a dear friend whose mother is in memory care. She is very grateful for the staff who engage with her mother and others who are struggling with their memories. It is crucially important to have caring and engaging staff in populations that are very vulnerable, such as assisted-living and memory care. I encourage any family who needs these truly importance services to visit Aerial Pointe.

Ariel Pointe has always been a beautiful community with caring, professional staff, which is why what I witnessed today around 4:10pm was so disappointing and completely out of alignment with the values this facility is known for. While passing through the front desk area, I observed Kim, the receptionist, “assisting” an independent caregiver with the check-in system. Her tone was harsh, frustrated, and noticeably unprofessional. At one point, she even touched the caregiver’s phone. This immediately stood out, as I have never seen staff at Ariel Pointe speak to caregivers in this manner. It was later discovered that the issue was caused by the system requiring a four digit code, not six meaning the mistake was not on the caregiver’s end at all. After the caregiver left, I approached the receptionist to mention how concerning her tone was, especially if a passerby like myself could hear it clearly. Her only response was, “Well, you came in the middle of it,” which felt dismissive and did not reflect the compassion or patience caregivers deserve. I also requested her name and asked if a manager was available, but was told no one was present. Interactions like this do not align with the values, professionalism, or welcoming environment that Ariel Pointe promotes. If a family member had witnessed this moment, it would not have represented the community well — especially considering how important caregivers are to the wellbeing of residents. Despite this incident, Ariel Pointe remains a community I would still recommend to families. I hope leadership addresses this situation promptly so that all staff interactions reflect the standards and values this community is built on.

My parents have been at Ariel Pointe for almost a year. The staff has been patient, kind and supportive. They have made a lot of friends and have adjusted very well. Ariel Pointe is a wonderful place that provides support and amenities as well as independence. They are very happy that they have moved to Ariel Pointe. Tyler was availale 24/7 to help with the move in process and adjustment phase. She was amazing!

As a Senior Real Estate Specialist who works closely with families navigating the transition into senior living, I’ve had the opportunity to visit and evaluate many communities across North Texas and Ariel Pointe stands out as one of the strongest options in the area. Part of the trusted Civitas Senior Living family, Ariel Pointe delivers the same high level of service, warmth, and intentional care that I’ve seen across their other communities. Whether you’re looking for Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care, Ariel Pointe offers a full continuum of care under one roof, making it a great long-term solution for both seniors and their families. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that this place is designed to feel like home. The environment is welcoming, the team is friendly and engaged, and the culture is centered on connection and community. I’ve found that staff here go beyond just providing care, they build real relationships with residents and their loved ones. That family-first atmosphere is what makes the difference. The amenities are excellent - spacious apartments, restaurant-style dining, beautiful shared spaces, and thoughtful touches that promote both independence and engagement. Whether it’s joining a social event, taking part in wellness activities, or just enjoying a quiet moment with visiting family, residents here are given the support and freedom to live well. If you're exploring senior living in the Sachse or Garland area, Ariel Pointe is absolutely worth visiting. I’ve confidently referred families here and have consistently heard positive feedback. It's a place where seniors are treated with dignity, care, and a whole lot of heart.
