Aristocrat Assisted Living (The)

Very nice facility. Clean, good food and I'm so blessed that our family found this for our loved one.

Rademacher lied to me about her preview visit with my husband. She said she did all these things on Saturday but I was there on Saturday & she didn't. She said he's not a good fit for their memory care unit but after her lies I wouldn't want him to go there. The facility seems nice enough but the management is bad!

After having our loved one in assisted living in TX and seeing the vast differences in moving him to Aristocrat in Alamogordo, we realized what a big mistake we had made. For 9 months we were frequently contacted by Radeana stating that he had done something against her rules and she was writing him up for it. She seemed to be making rules at her whim. These incidents were as though he was a prison inmate and she was the warden. It became evident his days were numbered and she gave a 30 day notice to vacate. That turned out to be the biggest blessing because he moved to Good Life Facility in Ruidoso and the difference is night and day. As long as Radeana is the nurse and director, it would be a terrible mistake to put your loved one in this facility.

My grandma lived here twice and the staff seemed great to me .. The Directer seemed very sweet and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.
