I want to thank the Artis team for providing peace of mind for me. I have been struggling with my dad for over 4 years as his care provider. The entire Artis team has made a huge difference in my dad's socialization, (he has done more in the last 4 months then he did in the last 4 years). Most important he is as content as I have seen him with his dementia. I want to thank Mellissa as she showed true empathy as I started my journey, Brian for setting accurate expectations, Ramin and Tyler for building his confidence in socializing and answered many questions, Sarah and her team for providing me with direct and honest answers. As important, to their culinary leader DeSean, my dad continues to brag about the excellent food. Thanks to all the entire team, just don't know all the names yet.

Absolutely beautiful facility! I am a private aide with an outside company and I’m here 3 or 4 evenings each week. The staff members are always happy and smiling! Always willing to lend a helping hand. I have been in many facilities and this is by far one of the best! I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing this level of care!

I had the pleasure of visiting Artis today, what a caring beautiful facility. My friend is genuinely happy there because of the wonderful care which she receives. I have visited many Senior Living Facilities, Artis is a breath of fresh air.

The staff at Artis Mason are more than just caregivers; they are angels in scrubs. Every encounter we've had has been filled with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. It's clear that they don't just care for the residents- they care about them. My aunt is safe, respected, and most importantly, loved. But the true gift of this place isn't just what it has done for my Aunt - its what it has done for our whole family. I've watched peace return to my cousins' faces. After months of worry and emotional exhaustion trying to find the right place and provide the right care, they can finally exhale. They sleep better knowing their mother is getting the care she deserves in a place that truly understand memory care. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, Artis Mason. You've given us all something priceless: peace, hope and the joy of seeing our loved one shine again.

My Dad is now a family member at the Artist Memory Care. Yes!! I Say family, because that's how they treat each resident. My Dad see this place as his home. The Upper staff and employees work together to ensure the residents are happy. I cannot Say enough about the aids and the nurses that take care of my dad, they are outstanding. Housekeeping is always seen and working. The chefs always want to make sure the food being served is delicious and like for the family to give input concerning the food they serve. The portions sometimes are small, just stress larger portions the chefs will do with no problem. The residents are free to go outside in a secure surrounding. Most of the places, I visited the residents were confined in a lockdown unit not able to go outside. The residents are truly happy and always able to do different activities. The residents have great parties and live entertainment 😊
