This place over all is good but there are some rotten eggs working in the orchard terrace especially 1st floor dinning area manager. Her name is Natalie and is very rude and unprofessional I hope they hire better managers to run this dinning place.

This is just a wonderful place. My parents have been happy here for over 15 years. These pictures are from a play performance by the residents. Was lovely. Beautiful community.

This place is the perfect place since they have almost everything. A movie theater, dining restaurant, shuttle service going to groceries, church, or any of the body in Ashby Pond, CVS is here too. More convenient for those people who live here, meals are part of their benefit where they can either use it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Well, that would also depend on the meal plan they signed up for. If they wanted to eat 3 meals a day the excess meal can be charged to their account. PNC Bank is also around Ashby Pond, they have 2 Fitness Centers, Salon, a Pool Area, a Medical centers are available in case they need to seek some medical advice, do their lab work, a Dental Clinic, and arts and crafts where they do their own creation, music area for those who play any kind of instruments, they have a group for those who are pet lovers, a nice place with good scenery, perfect place to walk down along with your pet and loved ones, etc etc

Moving to Ashby Ponds was the best action we have ever taken in our U.S. Foreign Service career! The living accommodations are outstanding with good security, indoor garage parking, and multiple fine dining options. An added feature is not having to deal with home maintenance issues and all related expenses.

My mother and father in law recently moved to Ashby Ponds and I have been very impressed every time I've been to visit. The grounds are beautiful, their apartment is in great shape and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Having lived in their own home in the same place for so long, transitioning to Ashby could have been very difficult but instead, it's been a comfortable and easy move. And, they're busy every night with a whole neighborhood of new friends! It's very comforting knowing that they're happy and in good hands.
