Asheir home is located in a beautiful area, the care givers are brilliant and the upmost care is given to every resident. The owner, Pam is caring and highly qualified and makes every effort to tailor the home to the needs of her residents. Many happy stories and thankful families have resulted from this living facility and I would gladly trust Asheir home with the care of my loved ones.

Asheir Home is an incredible boutique assisted living facility to place your trust in to take care of your loved one. The residents all love Pam, the owner, and are given care by highly experienced staff with their very best interests at heart. The atmosphere in the house is peaceful and, not to mention, the location in Potomac is truly extraordinary - with an elevator! The wide range of services available and number of residents to staff ensure that each person has their individual needs met & everyone receives proper attention. I cannot speak highly enough of Asheir Home and the care offered there.

Pam Heir, the owner and administrator here is one of the best in the business. This is an absolutely beautiful home and a beautiful location where the caregivers are just flat out awesome. I have personally toward many times and placed several individuals here. Feedback from those clients has been spectacular. Pam is all heart, her team is made up of some of the most wonderful people around. She truly understands with Assisted Living was supposed to be like when it was first assigned. Both of our communities are a pleasure to visit.

My mother currently lives in Asheir Manor in Germantown and we couldn't be happier with the love and care the Asheir family provides to my mom. The home she lives in is clean and beautiful beyond words. Unfortunately, these last few months have been difficult not being able to visit my mom because of the current Covid environment. We have been very pleased with Asheir Manor and Pam Heir's communication with us during this time. I took this photo of my mom on Mother's Day from outside the window. I feel very confident referring Asheir Manor to anyone in need of a group home for their loved ones.

I can’t say enough about Asheir Homes. The folks at this small assisted living feel like our extended family. They care for my 90 year old dad with tremendous love and attention. The owner, Pam has a big heart, she is very involved, does a wonderful job overseeing everything that happens in the home, and is always there for us. She has been super vigilant during the pandemic doing all she can to keep everyone healthy. The home is beautiful, in a great neighborhood and completely set up for the elderly. It’s been a blessing to know my dad is there —safe and cared for— especially during this pandemic.
