ASHFORD OF MOUNT WASHINGTON THE

My sister stayed here. She fell at her private home in Dec of 2023, spent time in the hospital, skilled care and eventually the assisted living at the Ashford. She became healthier and eventually moved to an apartment. The Ashford facilitated her recovery well. And my sister can be quite headstrong at times. The staff was always kind to her, even when I wanted to smack her.

The Ashford of Mount Washington has provided affordable and top-notch care for my mother. The staff are professional and you can tell that they really care for the residents. It feels more like a family than simply a business to care for the aging population. The intake process was clear, concise and professional. The campus, having been renovated a few years back, is immaculate and feels like it should be in Kenwood or Indian Hill. We have nothing but good things to say about The Ashford. The smaller size of the campus lends itself to better care for the residents and not feeling like your family member is just a number or a client. Onsite haircuts are convenient. Outings with the residents are a nice feature. Movie nights and holiday parties are also a nice feature. We can't say enough good things about the Ashford and their staff!

I would highly recommend the Ashford of Mount Washington to anyone looking for a caring loving place to put their loved one. The management and staff truly care and is willing to go the extra mile to help. The atmosphere is very nice and friendly. Your loved one will be safe and comfortable and I could not ask for more. I have two family members currently at The Ashford of Mount Washington, this is a very nice clean. Well taken care of facility. Ashli and Rochelle are incredible.

This is a great assistant living facility. Everybody here is like family management is good with getting back to people with concerns and needs the third is good. They have alternatives of people. Don't like what they're having. My mom is very pleased with this facility.
