Family First Haven took excellent care of my mother for 6 years. My mother had Dementia and other chronic medical conditions. The staff loved my mother and treated her like family. They provided support for all her needs up to when she passed. I was able to sleep at night knowing she was being taken care of. My mother loved the staff and they made her last years of life a memorable experience for our family. I’ve known the owner for over 30 years, and throughout her career she has always led with integrity, clear communication, and genuine care for others. While I haven’t used the assisted-living services personally, I’ve seen her consistent dedication to quality care. I have full confidence that her home reflects the same high standards she brings to everything she does.

I do not personally have a relative that stays there but I have friends that have relatives there as residents. I have gone to visit, the place is clean, the staff are very kind and caring, the food was home cooked and tasty, the environment as a whole gave off caring and loving vibes. Would recommend if you want your relative to be in a warm and caring environment.
