Staff is very caring and helpful to all residents. They treat the residents as family with the respect and dignity. They go above and beyond to ensure residents have a well rounded community and activities. They invite family members for special occasions and holidays. I appreciate everyone taking care of our mom.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The environment is clean and comfortable. When I visit my dad, we can sit in the common areas and feel like we are both part of the PLC family. They encourage family members to participate, along with our loved ones, in the various activities that take place. It gives us (family) the opportunity to get to know and support each other. It is comforting knowing that my dad is getting great person-centered care specific to his needs, as they continue to change.

I can't speak of how this company treats the elderly, only the general public. After ordering the week groceries from Walmart thru Uber Eats, this business proceeds to treat the delivery driver as though they are on staff and does not tip the driver. Considering the entire order was over $1500 and 13 fully loaded grocery bags, this business chose to pay only the fare. Considering Pacific Living Centers receive thousands of dollars each month from the patients in their care, maybe they should learn to tip accordingly and not like they sent the hourly help to pick it up. The picture is of the entire backseat of gmc 3500HD crew cab. That is all just the order that was placed by a business that obviously lines their pockets instead of caring like they should.
