Ashley Manor - Cedar

If you are looking for a smaller, yet very cozy facility to place your loved one, look no further! Ashley Manor Memory Care in Pocatello is very clean, comfortable, and the staff treat my Mom like she is family to them! Juanita, the administrator, helped my family and I work through this hard time in all of our lives with ease and reassurance when we made the difficult decision to transition Mom from home to this memory care facility. Juanita walked my Dad patiently through the entire process, all the paperwork he had to submit, and she calmed his anxiety and stress during a hard time in his life! My Mom says, "They treat me so good here!" As she struggles with her memory, she has never changed that comment to us, I think that speaks volumes of Ashley Manor and their staff!

Compassionate, patient, communicative, respectful, kind, generous, I could pour an entire thesaurus of beautiful words and gestures that represent the wonderful staff of Ashley Manor. From the moment I knew my mother would require special care for her dementia, I felt heard and calm. I immediately knew I had found the absolute right place and right people to give my mother wonderful care and friendships to last. The journey has been challenging, but anyone who has a relative who suffers with dementia, you understand how important the caregivers become to not just your loved one, but to you and your family as well. These facilities are tastefully maintained, and meticulous care is given to make sure every resident feels special daily. I am grateful every day for Ashley Manor and their staff, they continue to envelop a family-like atmosphere that makes truly difficult situations feel manageable. And if I ever want to discuss my mother's care, there is ALWAYS a voice on the other end of the phone to talk with me and assure me all is well. I could write a series on Ashley Manor, and as an author, I just might one day. They deserve every accolade out there! Ashley Manor is a great place.The residents are very well taken care of. This place is one of the best memory care facilities here in Pocatello. I highly recommend it if your looking for a place to help take care of a loved one.

Highly recommend!!! Don't look any further. Juanita is amazing and knowledgeable with the programs to qualify for assistance. It's the cleanest facility I've seen. My mother in law is doing well there... Wish I knew about this facility sooner!!

Ashley Manor on Cedar has definitely improved over the last couple years. When we first chose this facility for my grandma, there was so much turn over in the building administration area and it made me doubt our decision. After a few of them cycled through, Juanita finally came in and turned the place around. She has been so marvelous and really helps out the families. She found a program that I would of never known about to help out with my grandma needs. She looks out for what is best for the residents. I’m very impressed of her work and she continues to grow with the facility and residents. I would highly recommend the Cedar location.
