Ashley Manor - Crescent

The administration I would say is very poorly she picks and chooses and just doesn’t hold up her job title!!! What’s the point of an administrator if she’s NOT administering get someone else in there for the CNA’S asap.

My mom has been here for over a year. Making the decision for a loved one that they can no longer live on their own is such a tough one. Ashley Manor at Crescent has turned out to be such a great fit for my Mom. It is like family there with the residents--like a home, not an institution. One negative is that there was a period of frequent turnover in caregivers, but part of that is the nature of a Medicare funded facility I suppose. The caregivers that have been consistently there are so kind and patient with my Mom.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about Ashley Manor in Caldwell, Idaho! Since Yesi became the new administrator, the facility has seen remarkable improvements. It's incredibly clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment for residents. Yesi has truly transformed the culture here. She knows the regulations inside and out, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while providing exceptional care for the residents. It's a breath of fresh air to see such dedication and compassion in leadership. Some staff who were not on board with these positive changes have left, but their disgruntled reviews do not reflect the reality of the current atmosphere. Yesi’s management style is supportive and effective, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about both her staff and the residents. Thank you, Yesi, for all your hard work and for making Ashley Manor a wonderful place to call home.

The facility feels like home! Very clean. Residents are happy and well cared for. The administrator is very involved in the daily operations and training of staff. She is compassionate and caring and works hard to make sure that her team is providing exemplary care.

It is commendable to observe that Ashley Manor now has a presence at Crescent, and that a dedicated, dependable, and diligent administrator has been serving there for the past six months. This has resulted in a significant improvement compared to the previous year, during which none of the administrators were able to effect such notable change until Yessi's arrival, who has implemented meaningful improvements for Crescent.
