Ashley Manor - Hill Road

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!! Unsanitary! FECAL MATTER EVERYWHERE! Unprofessional! Unethical! INHUMANE! My friend's mom was put in the memory care unit here 90 days ago. She walked in her mom's room to find dirty diapers on her BIBLE. Fecal matter all over the counter, BIBLE, in the draws. There was a DIRTY DIAPER in her draw with Fecal matter everywhere. WHY? Look at the FECAL MATTER in her clothing draw. This is ELDER ABUSE of the WORST KIND!! Who is accountable? Because her mom has Dementia she cannot protect herself from this abuse. She suffered from a severe ECOLI infection and was put in the hospital. I wonder where the ECOLI came from? Well...LOOK at the place the diapers full of FECAL MATTER was found! What else has just been neglected. Food/ Water? Personally I feel someone should have charges pressed againt them. This place needs a MAJOR VIOLATION and needs to be policed by the appropriate State mandators. It must be put on WATCH NOW! My friend is under so much stress and sadness to watch her loved on go through this. Ashley Manor and anyone involved in the ELDER CARE ABUSE ..SHAME ON YOU! We all see this and will hold you accountable! If your loved one resides here, I suggest you check on them daily, find out what is happening when you are not there. This sweet woman needs JUSTICE! We are all suffering watching her and her family go through this. Prayers for her as she is still in the hospital. I will support my sweet friend and let her know she is not alone as she does all she can to protect her mom! What happens in the darkness COMES TO THE LIGHT! Well Ashley Manor Memory Care .. I am SHINING a LIGHT ON YOUR ELDER CARE ABUSE!

I would like to start by saying that the care team (Anna, Alliyah, Cody, Katy) are phenomenal. They really do care about the residents and go above and beyond for them. I hope they find a facility that appreciates their hardwork. I gave this place a 2 because Lynzee, the administrator is awful. She is mean, she belittles her staff in front of other people. She bullies both staff and residents. She is a slob with her belongings all over the place, she eats in the middle of the dining room so she is able to micromanage her staff. Then in addition to that she does not care about the residents. She doesn't interact with them, she is snappy with family when they ask questions. I hate to say it but she ruined this facility which is sad because before she started I would have gave this place a 5 star rating.

The staff is always joyful while displaying an attitude of kindness & compassion towards their residents & visitors. Happiness lives here!

Clean, friendly environment. As you come into this nice put together facility you see the residents and staff interacting and have a joyous smile.

This facility is very clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Caregivers are always kind to the residents. Would recommend to family and friends.
