Through a difficult time in my life, PLC has made it so much easier for me to have my dad at a memory care facility. The staff is kind and attentive to the residents’ needs. The director is a blessing and the best at what she does. If there is an issue or concern she is on it right away. It’s like family to be there! ***I want to leave an updated review. My dad has now been at PLC for 1 1/2 years and I continue to be thankful for Ruth, the director, and the staff that labor so hard over each resident to make sure they are taken care of. I give 5 stars to this place over and over and don't know what I would do without it!! It is not just a memory care facility; it is a home!

After a long journey of finding care for my mom, I am ecstatic I was able to have her feel at home with PLC in Klamath Falls. My mom has been there a little over a month and is noticeably more calm and happy in their care. I am very grateful as wonderful care is hard to find!

The center environment and staff are perfect! Kind and caring and safe. The transition to KF Pacific Living Center was so smooth. The staff were very welcoming. Immediately it felt like home. Two+ years and it just gets better EVERY day. It feels like a big family with lots of joy and contentment.
