Ashley Manor - Hyde Park

Loved the homey feel of this house! Residents are all happy, house is well kept. Administrator and staff are all warm hearted, and care deeply about the residents.

It's a home atmosphere and we're able to visit our mom at any time or day or night. Julie and some of the other staff are great at providing good meals, etc.

My grandmother lived out her remaining year in this facility and we found everyone to be very pleasant and the facility to be VERY clean. If you are looking for somewhere homey for your family, I would recommend this particular Ashley Manor home. The caregivers are very sweet and I do believe they care about the tenants, since I saw them first hand on more times than I care to remember. I always found my grandmother cared for and well fed , plus the food actually smelled good ! The only reason I can saw that it would not be a 5 star is that it could be more secure (not that anything is wrong with their pinpad authorization at the front door), and I believe they should have more cameras. It's nice that the tenants are able to come and go if they are able as well. The photo is of the flowers surrounding the property.

I have seen first hand the love and compassion the Ashley Manor staff has shown those in their care. I have met the executive staff and owners and know that they truly do care about each and every resident in their facility.
