Assistant administrator is the best. Kind and helpful.

The administration I would say is very poorly she picks and chooses and just doesn’t hold up her job title!!! What’s the point of an administrator if she’s NOT administering get someone else in there for the CNA’S asap.

When we needed to quickly place our aunt with dementia, Ashley Manor had an opening and exceeded every expectation. The transition was seamless, and the staff immediately made her feel comfortable and cared for. This is truly a home, not a facility. Every resident is treated with dignity, kindness, and the same care you would give a loved one. This included, being clean, hair done, nails done and all. We are incredibly grateful for the level of care they provide clear to the end of her life. Thank you to all the staff at Ashley Manor. We are forever grateful for all of you!

My mom has been in the Willow facility since July 2024. It's a wonderful place. My mom loves it there. It's always clean and the staff there is awesome. When my mom needs extra care they contact me and they find the right company to give that extra care. I love going there to visit my mom and the rest of the ladies there.

My mom has been at Willow for 15 years and the staff is amazing. They treat my mom with the highest respect. It is clean and she always has fun activities planned for the ladies. I can’t imagine having my mom in any other facility. She has been very happy at this resident. The manager runs a clean, well organized house. It’s always decorated festive and her staff is the best! Thank you Ashley manor for taking such good care of my mom I appreciate you very much!
