Ashley Manor - Midland

This location is extremely negligent of their residents, and recently found out one man had passed in the summer due to the negligence. Management is constantly changing, place is disorganized and the staff can't even get along for the sake of the safety of the resident. If you don't care about your loved ones, this is the perfect place to leave them.

I went just for a tour and found fly strips hanging from the ceiling. One bathroom for all the residents in the common room to use? And they just had one lady working the entire floor. 🤷🏻 I would have assumed the place would have been cleaner.

I am writing this in reference to a VERY special person that works at Ashley Manor in Nampa - Crystal. Our long time friend has been in at Ashely Manor and this move has changed her quality of life completely. Crystal goes above and beyond to bring happiness and comfort to all in her care. I know everyone their is safe and treated with so much love and respect. This is one of the hardest job out there and Crystal makes is look easy, because she loves what she does and is amazing at it! My mom has been living at Ashley Manor for a few months now and overall it's been an excellent experience. She receives good care and the staff are loving, respectful, and kind to all the residents. One of the house moms, Crystal, is exceptional and goes above and beyond to help my mom and the others feel at home and often puts in extra hours to cover any staff absences. I do feel like AM could hire more staff to help with residents' needs and/or general housekeeping duties.

My mom lived in this Ashley Manor for almost 15 months. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's probably 10 years earlier. She needed a lot of assistance in most things, but could feed herself and did what ever was asked of her. She was a sweet woman. The staff here was very caring and I felt as if they loved my mom and their jobs. There is only 9 residence, so a lot of one on one. Feels like a home, not a place that she was just a room #. I'd highly recommend Ashley Manor Midland, Nampa
