Ashley Manor - Mountain Home

This isn't my first experience working with Assisted Living but I can say that it has been the greatest experience I've encountered since being employed with this company. Everyone is very detail oriented and the residents are treated with dignity, compassion and support from our skilled staff.

Ashley manor in mountain home is very welcoming, when you walk in any of the buildings you can see that staff are well dressed and take top priority of each resident. They have a very great team it’s very rare that you can walk into any facility and see that not only the staff on shift are caring for the residents, but you can also see the managers jumping in to help , everyone their makes an amazing team and work very well together. Everyone working their is dedicated to the residents to make sure they get the best possible care they deserve .each person is shown that they are loved by staff and are treated like they are family, training is above and beyond wonderful when it comes to making sure that they do their job to the best of their abilities. The residents always seem happy and excited especially when it comes to doing activities. Activities are done everyday to help them continue to strive seeing the smiles on their face is heartwarming. While they’re doing their activities . Each staff member go above and beyond for every individual their.

Family member lives here and they take awesome care of him. Always willing to meet with family members to discuss care. Danielle is the best! Great team of caregivers. Only thing lacking is they really need to get their van fixed. So they can provide transportation. Taxis are expensive

My mom had ALS and stayed at Ashley Manor for just over two months. She recently passed and I feel compelled to post a review. I would not recommend this facility due to the lack of training they give their new staff. Sadly, my mom suffered due to the lack of training and concern showed by staff. I was told Ashley Manor was one of the two best assisted living facilities in Mountain Home - if this is the case, I can’t imagine how bad the other facilities are.

My mother has lived at Ashley Manor since September of 2016. The staff is always great. Kind and caring people. My mother speaks well of the staff. Robert is her favorite. I visit on a weekly basis. I take my mom out to lunches and on little outings. The staff always informs me on how she is doing. They know me by first name. A special shout out to Dakota, Janet, Ellie, and Shanessy. It is a nice place with a home like atmosphere. Not an old school nursing home with long cold hallways. My mother has made a friend there who is also a resident. It it very hard in the first place to have to put a loved one in a care facility. I am very happy with my mother's care at the Mtn. Home Ashley Manor. Thank you so much Bridget for actually talking with me and helping me to get my mom placed. Stacie, the house manager is great. I highly recommend an Ashley manor for a loved one with a need for this kind of memory care.
