Pacific Living Centers of Madras

Good move-in experience at Pacific Living Centers of Madras. Several staff members aided in getting our family member out of the car and into the facility safely while conveying gentle comments to make sure they felt comfortable and welcomed. Staff helped us get the room organized and all of the belongings put away. They were right on top of asking about medication and eating that had occurred that day so they could provide uninterrupted care. As with any move like this, the family member did experience some disorientation, but the staff addressed the issue promptly and kept us informed.

This facility went above and beyond for my father. Wonderful home like environment and Executive Director who works to make every resident feel like her family.
