Since new management there have been great improvements to staff training, communication and cleanliness. Overall much better.

I have a friend who is now living in the Pacific Living Center in Hood River. The staff are well trained and so attentive, gentle, and kind when taking care of the residents - whether in their "rooms", out in the common living area, or sitting around the large dining table (when they are able). It's a real bonus that they communicate well with the two Hospice options in our area. I'm very happy to have this very pleasant facility convenient located in a nice neighborhood in Hood River.
