Ashley Manor - Parkview Drive

They literally deleted my review. As having family as a former resident THAT SAYS IT ALL RIGHT THERE. I will KEEP posting as they USED to be good. Keep looking if you care about your loved ones! My original review was nothing but truth regarding the way my Mother-in-Law was crowded out of her shared room while paying the same amount, her lift chair (with everyone elses) thrown into the garage for family to pick up since the owner felt DECOR trumped FUNCTIONALITY for their needs and mobility, and how her things were missing since they wash bedding and who knows who gets it next. ALL TRUTH. Deleted.

Wonderful place - I never write reviews! My father and I were not super close when his memory started slipping Della helped me with all the paperwork. As well Kellie kept me super informed always texting me along with Della while he stayed her for over a year maybe two! I could not ask for nicer people and my father Francis had a really nice ending to his life here with these women. I cannot say enough good things. Jenna the night gal made my father smile up until his last few days on this planet. It was really was heartwarming to see the way she interacts with the residents! All I can say is I knew he was in good hands and thank you guys for providing an amazing exit for him and helping me. Highly recommend Ashley Manor.

Highly impressed with the management of this assisted living facility. Their commitment to providing quality care for residents with dementia is evident. The leadership team is responsive, proactive, and ensures a positive atmosphere. Grateful for their dedication to making a difference in the lives of our loved ones. Recommend 10/10. The dedicated staff goes above and beyond to provide a safe and nurturing environment for those with dementia. Communication is excellent, and we feel reassured knowing our family member is in capable hands.

My aunt has been at Ashley Manor for the last two years and we have been very pleased! The communication we have with the management and staff is always timely and positive! We appreciate the quality of care and concern that is provided. I would recommend Ashley Manor to any family who is seeking a safe, comfortable place for memory care for their loved one.

The staff and caregivers at Ashley Manor are phenomenal! They take wonderful care of my Mother and the other residents there. The caregivers are loving, supportive, and respectful of the people residing there and their families! Everything is top notch. It's clean, comfortable, and safe. I have peace of mind with my Mother being there because she is safe and has excellent care 24 hours a day. The Ashley Manor staff are always professional and go beyond what is expected of them as caregivers and staff. I spoke with 3 medical personnel that said for me to put my mom in Ashley Manor for Memory Care. My Mom, my husband, and I are beyond blessed that my Mom is at Ashley Manor!
