I have my sister Linda at Pacific Living Redmond and am so very happy with the care and treatment Linda receives. Linda has memory issues and forgets things and becomes easily confused. The staff is so patient in helping her redirect her mind when she gets upset because she can't remember. Linda was recently in the hospital for a week, and staff members came in on their free time to check on her and to let her know they were thinking of her. How awesome! Every staff member is totally great, thoughtful, caring, and helpful every day. Staff come into work each day, and they laugh with and care for the people there. This says a lot about the leadership they get from both Jessica and Olivia. I am also always kept informed on how my sister is doing and how we can make it better for her. I say thank you to each and every one of them every day when I go see Linda. I will recommend this home to anyone who needs a safe and caring home for a loved one in need. Carol S.

Are loved one was there for a short while his room was always filthy his things were always missing They didn't keep his bed protector on when he died in his bed and it ruined the $3,000 mattress The mattress protector is actually gone and so are a lot of his belongings I don't think that they really show their residents compassion or care hence my father-in-law was naked always towards the end of his life horrible place
