The owner is friendly and hands on. The nurse is caring and went out of her way to ensure my mother was well cared for. They transferred my mother here at the start of 2026 and we saw improvement in my mothers skin health right away. Sadly my mother was ready for hospice and was only in their care for a short time. But we really do feel that she was well looked after in the short time she was there. Thank you to the staff and owner for providing great care for those there.

The marketing/finance person is very nice and we appreciated her. Everything else about Ashley Manor is zero stars. The customer service is bad, the care they provide to patients is worse.
