This place is unkept, expensive and dangerous. I live in the independent living facility and due to a broken security gate (broken circa 2020) and continuous holes in fences, home invasions are on the increase. Landscaping is subpar with the sprinkler system pipes cut. When police come and are exasperated by the facility security...you know something is wrong. The facility is charging for housekeeping though it wasn't provided for several months. Rent has jumped and they are grossly understaffed for the assisted living building. Getting access to management to solve problems becomes near non-existent once lease agreements are signed. They do have a slight improvement in maintenance. There is a rehab facility available and laundry service is very nice.

My father has resided at Ashley Pointe for eight years. During this time there have been the usual ups and downs with personnel and management changes, but for a while there was an executive director whose poor management and people skills caused Ashley to really go downhill in 2023. After a revolt of residents, family and staff, Sinceri brought back previous ED, Jeff Hendrickson, who has put together a dedicated and caring, top notch team. The vibe at Ashley is once again friendly and upbeat with staff who seem to love their jobs and are engaged and attentive to the residents happiness and well being. They will go above and beyond, as I have experienced first hand. If you’re considering Ashley Pointe please disregard the negative reviews and don’t hesitate to check them out.

There are senior living places, then there is Ashley Pointe. My daughters went hunting for a senior living arrangement for their grandpa and after walk-thru with a half-dozen candidates, Ashley Pointe was the choice. The reason for the choice was clear: Ashley Pointe is staffed and led by people who love people. All the right things happen at Ashley Pointe to keep residents engaged, cared-for and active. The love is palpable and I am so thankful that my father has found a new home with people with whom he has close relationship. If you are considering options for your senior loved one and you are looking in Snohomish County, tour a bunch of senior living places and leave Ashley Pointe for last. That way you will recognize they are a substantively higher quality and more loving and engaged option for your elderly loved one.
