Aspen Creek Senior Living

I gave this place a call to offer volunteering… the person I needed to talk to was unavailable and my name was put on a list which I had no problem with. They said they would get back to me later that day. I called way later in the day and was told to call back in the morning when the person I needed to talk to would be there. I called back and was talked to very disrespectfully with horrible attitude and the phone being hung up before saying goodbye. I offered my free help and was disrespected, I am now volunteering for a different place and they were incredibly kind along with easy to work with!

Awesome facility and staff. Janessa was our first contact, made us feel welcome, guided us through process and gave us a personal tour. She and other staff make us and my mother feel like family. I Whole heartedly highly recommend Aspen Creek for your family member(s). Thank you Aspen Creek.

Aspen Creek is a home away from home, when you need it the most. The staff was wonderful to work with, always taking time to answer questions. The nurses and care-givers are kind and compassionate, they knew her by name and treated her with respect and dignity. Not only is this place beautiful but the residents have fun outings and activities to attend. Also, this is the cleanest facility I have ever been to. My mother lived there until her passing. I highly recommend Aspen Creek.

I’ve been in the healthcare sector for a long time and there are very few places that cater to the needs AND wants of the patrons as well as the team does here at Aspen Creek. The facility is beautiful and reminds you of a mountain lodge. The rooms are cozy and well put together. The staff superb and the cook is amazing. Really, if my memories as a kid were filled with visiting grandparents in a place like this, i would have wanted to see them all the time. Instead....their housing conditions were horrible. I don’t know how affordable Aspen is, but I do know that the leadership team, the facility, and the food are all 5-stars.

This facility is top of the line with the best amenities. It is located in a great area and is very clean, modern but traditional as well and in all the right ways. The food is AMAZING!! The chef is so good and personally serves you. Hot chocolate is made from scratch just like the rest of the food. They have a great staff system with awesome nurses. Aspen Creek also has a spa with manicures and pedicures as well as hair coloring, perming and cutting which is a plus. This facility isn’t just a location for seniors. They bring the community and people into their lives through their programs designed to help their seniors live a full and happy life. Every time I have been there the staff have been friendly and helpful.
