It's really nice. It's under new management actually and these posts aren't accurate anymore and I wish they would be cleared out.

The entire staff at Aspen Assisted Living has worked very hard to help my mother feel at home in their facility. I appreciate the way they have kept me in the loop as to how she is adjusting. They have tried to encourage her to leave her room to eat in the beautiful dining room and visit with some of the other residents. As I have talked with other residents myself, I have been impressed at how many of them have said they love it there. I am very hopeful my mother will settle in soon. It is an older building, but that gives it a homier atmosphere. Kelly is an amazing administrator that everyone loves and Debra is a fabulous nurse. I would recommend this facility to anyone and would live there myself! UPDATE, Kelly left and the whole facility went downhill. The building is very old, the staff can be mean and neglectful at times. I had to move my mother out!

Caring is skin deep. Don't walk the talk. The state of Utah is currently investigating them. I was a resident there. Management waits till your gone and will enter your room and won't tell you. The last time they did this my tablet and $900 were taken. Since the door was locked only employee had access to my room. I was also exposed to black mold for over 3 years and didn't know. They however did. Now I have symptoms of long term bc exposure to the mold. Yes I did get blood work done and it was positive for black mold.

Promises never followed through. Nurse is not the best. She is clueless really. Money more important than residents.

Kelly is a great administrator here! He does all he can for his residents and their families. The staff is amazing and attentive. The facility is always clean and maintained. Its a smaller facility so it has a great family like feel when you walk in the door. Always hear laughter when you come in.
