Desert Sage Retirement Community

I need to make a complaint about the manager of the kitchen to whoever is in charge how would I go about doing that? Edit: since I have not been responded to I’m coming here and editing my post and putting The complaint here for everyone to see I have never in my life been so disappointed with a company as I am now with this place I was gonna take my mom out of here about a month ago when I was talked out of it by a very sweet girl named Katy that worked in the kitchen the only one who went out of her way for all of the residents to make sure they were happy and satisfied and had what they wanted and I became comfortable knowing my mom was in good hands with this server then when I heard that she was let go for what I have no idea why a place would let someone like her go who went over and beyond for a company and for her residents is beyond me when in all reality they should of let not only that new manager Austin but that short girl Mila go for the simple fact I have witness them both not only mocking the residents that have complained or has specific requests to what kinda of food they like or could have but making fun of them and calling them awful names that I do not even want to repeat also mila for being very rude to the point she slams down stuff on tables and I personally seen her harassing other employees especially katy and she’s still there? I’m very baffled and confused on what is allowed here and what’s not but I do know if I owned a place like this that would NOT be allowed and now I’m forced in not only complaining here but will be making a few phone calls to other places as well to have this place investigated and will be looking at other arrangements for my mom to get her out of here along with talking to other family members who I personally know who also have loved ones here and advise them that they also do the same I’ve never been so disgusted and disappointed with a place as I am with this place and I will give it a couple of days for someone to reach out to me to see if we can handle this situation in a better way but if not I’m forced into reporting this place to someone higher up and I know in fact will do something about it due to I know a couple of them personally so on that note I will give it a couple days for someone to reach out to me if not I guess I will be forced into reporting this place to someone I know will do something about it I hope to hear from someone soon

Desert sage is located in a very convenient and beautiful part of Bend. It is easily accessible and close to many major stores, retailers and restaurants. My family member who resides at desert sage is very happy with their experiences. The food is high quality, the staff is outstanding and the extracurricular activities keep them very busy throughout the day. The vibe is always positive and I have not witnessed anything out of line. But also like to mention the upper management and director director do a wonderful job of maintaining this property and taking good care of the residents. Highly highly recommend desert sage too. Somebody looking for a retirement community.
