Went to see my Aunt who was moved here recently, this place is so cute, open and welcoming. My Aunt seems happier than she has in a while ! The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm so happy for her.

Mountain Springs Assisted Living is a slice of heaven. A superior team of caregivers (who sincerely care about residents' mental, emotional, and physical health) is complimented by a peaceful ambience, beautiful and newly remodeled decor, positive energy, and tranquil natural landscapes. My father-in-law lived his final months here and was skillfully cared for with genuine love, graciousness, and respect. He thought he lived in an elegant resort surrounded by happy helpers (who treated him like family). Our family enjoyed spending time at Mountain Springs and becoming friends with the kindhearted and talented staff (abundant gratitude to Heather, Austin, Alyssa, and Monica). Fun indoor and outdoor activities engage residents; meals served are nutritious and delicious; and every corner is flawlessly clean. I highly recommend Mountain Springs and would personally live in this heartwarming haven if I needed assisted living care.

My medicine, food and drinks were delivered never at the same time each day. Sometimes it would take 15 minutes or longer to respond to my call button. The facility is located in the middle of nowhere so I had no cellphone service to make calls and there is no tv service. Staff is always changing daily either thru quitting or being fired. Management is focused on how the facility looks and not upon the quality of care.
