My mother in law is in the place currently. MC UNIT, We put her here because everything appeared up and up. However my wife has to be there 6 to 8hrs per day, THIS IS now taking time away from our autistic son, they don't follow care plans, she had to file a police report last night on her mother's stolen meds that the nurse cart person did not give her, lie about POA requesting a PRN, the facility don't believe family and put her right back on the med cart. They don't do water passes twice a day as they as suppose to, they try and push hospice on you so then it's less then they have to do. Sad things is these are demetia patient and the staff knows it, so they dont know what they are suppose to get or not get. They dont go above and beyond at all. The caretakers are lazy snd prefer to be on phones and sit on chairs rather do a damn thing. Clothes and other items goes missing and no action is taken. This has been brought to every executive directors attention. No responses on several emails, COO is aware and still nothing, now you have another resident going around and hitting other residents and again the facility refuses to take action and this continues to happen repeatedly. To the point when my mom see's she freaks out. Please feel free to call my spouse on this one, since she has sent so many emails and we dont have time anymore since she works fulltime, spends all day down at her mom and trying to take care of our son. This place has failed everybody. Several families have filled completes and emailed coo, state and other agencies. Again all executives are aware of the problems, no action done to improve on their end at all. Her moms medicaid has also meet with them as well and still no improvements. If you check into it. The DON and assisted DON both worked for a location in GB that closed. They are also now retaliating against family members trying to make a difference.

THE ONLY GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM 2+ YEARS AGO AS MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED! HERE IS AN UPDATED REVIEW ON MY VISIT! Beautiful facility exterior and clean lobby but serious concerns about resident safety and management. The facility presents very well from the outside and the lobby is clean and recently updated. However, my overall experience raises significant concerns about resident safety, hygiene, staffing, and management practices. Resident safety: Residents appear unsupervised and are able to enter other residents’ rooms and remove personal items. Staffing and responsiveness: Staff were frequently unavailable and do not appear to be actively supervising or assisting residents. Memory care environment: The memory care unit had a strong, unpleasant odor that is concerning for vulnerable residents. Room cleanliness: Resident rooms were messy and not being maintained to an acceptable standard. Family experience and communication: Families felt restricted from speaking openly; there is a perception that management discourages in-person conversations and favors written communication. Management and accountability: Repeated excuses from staff and reliance on email suggest inadequate on-site leadership and poor accountability. Recommendation to management: Address supervision and security in resident areas immediately, increase visible staffing levels, implement stronger cleaning and odor-control protocols in memory care, and improve transparent, face-to-face communication with families. Prompt, visible corrective actions are needed to restore trust and ensure resident safety.

The facility is beautiful. Unfortunately it is poorly managed by people that have no experience working with seniors. The food is absolutely horrible. You can't get a hot meal. The pasta was served in a clump that looked like it had sat for hours. My Mom passed away during her stay here. They told me the CNAs were checking on her every half hour. I was visiting and saw no one in the 10 hours I was there with her. After my mom's passing, we moved my Dad to Evergreen senior living. He is extremely happy with the food and the activities. They don't just let him waste away sitting in his room. If you have a family member at this facility, I highly recommend that you move them. You are told one thing and they don't own up to what they say. The CNAs were good, but they had no supervision. Such a beautiful facility, just so sad that the management doesn't have a clue as to how to run the facility.

Into the first week and so far, our experience has been very positive. We had a very short turn around timeline coming out of skilled rehab and they made it work for us. Apartments have great natural light, spacious layout. And the Caregiver experience has been great. Moving a loved one into assisted living is a very intense emotional experience for all involved, and I felt we have been treated with compassion and consideration. Thank you care team and staff.
