Aspirus Tivoll Community

My grandmother was at Tivoli before her passing in early 2015 and the staff and the care given to her was wonderful then. Fast forward almost 10 years and my dad needed to be admitted and the same wonderful care is being given to him that my grandmother received, and the staff is wonderful. I would recommend this wonderful facility to anyone.

Only put 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.

6 years ago the place was wonderful. Since aspirus has assumed control the care of patients and staffing g has been less than favorable. There r several wonderful people there but the turnover of staff has been incredible. It seems as though people r put in the floor without adequate training. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Staff friendly and cheery. Residents happy and cared for. Always clean.

The staff was very cordial but also respecting our privacy. Yet when their services were needed they responded immediately. My husband enjoyed his airy room, the lovely and helpful nurses and surprisingly he thought the food was great. Physical therapy did an excellent job enabling my husband to return home after a couple of weeks to celebrate his 94th birthday in July.
