The place is really understaffed, leaving one caregiver to care for 5 to 10 residents when advertisement says 2workers to 3 residents. Why isnt Management helping out if they are understaff? They also advertise the residents do activities with caregivers or/and activities director. There is only one person for all 4 homes. Most residents are either watching TV or asleep. Vanessa and Jennifer are horrible at communicating with their staff. They had a newly hired caregiver to give me a tour. The poor girl didnt know she was going to give me a tour but she did her best. I think this place needs a new Management. As for the caregivers themselves, a few seem very dedicated to the residents. They have really warm and caring persona. I had the pleasure of meeting Caroline and Sherly. They impressed me with how well managed and knowledgeable they are regarding their residents. Their kindness and warmness radiates to their residents. I also had the pleasure of meeting the 2 Silvia, their kindness and warmth pours out and you can tell they are in the job because they care for their residents. Over all, I believe if they worked on those problems, I would recommend it. For now, I say no.

We toured the Trinity Hills Estates for my dad. He started needing more assistance after he fell down the stairs at home and we are not able to provide the care he needs. My sister and I really liked the facilities we viewed. We saw four of them and they all looked new and well maintained. The staff seemed very attentive and friendly. We would be comfortable having my dad live in any one of these assisted living homes. They have senior activities and social events for the residents that would be great for my dad.
