The Rehab from Hell. Do not send your family members here. The place is unfit for rehabilitation for the following reasons: 1) unclean and detrimental to ones health, 2) the bathroom was unsanitary and had feces all over the floor, seat and walls. When staff was asked to clean before given a bath, the staff member said "oh, I'll wipe it up with a towel. This occurred at 7:30 am and was not cleaned up until 1:30 pm ~~ cleaned, disinfected and sprayed while patients were present in the room after we filed a complaint. The feces appeared to have been there since the day before because on the day we arrived, you could smell the odor, which I thought had to be coming from another room and patient. 3) Staff gives the appearance of being on top of things, but this is nothing more than lip service. 4) Staff did not respond to bathroom needs, food requirements (was told to "chill out" when asked for Ensure which was supposed to be served at every meal because of my neck disability) room accommodations such as leaving lights on all night and staff congregating outside of room having loud personal conversations while patients are trying to sleep. All of these events occurred within a 48 hour period of arrival. My son decided he could not stay after receiving a five minute physical therapy assessment which consisted of walking five steps forward and back. Then back in bed. Thanks but no thanks. It should be closed down and serves no one. This place needs to be assessed for fraudulent activity !!!

My family member resided at this Assisted Living. I don’t recommend this facility due to poor attitudes with the nursing staff. There is one older lady who passes meds who is unbelievably rude to family members and the people who live there. She seems to be in a rush when dealing with the elderly and does not care if she upsets them. I can only imagine what she does when nobody is around to witness things. You see the nursing staff smoking out back more than you see them in the building working. We had no complaints about the food or activities. The cleanliness could be better. They will show you a clean room when you tour but the cleanliness is not maintained daily once you move in. Over all it just not worth it with the poor attitudes in their nursing department.

I typically don’t leave reviews for products or places. However, I cannot let anyone else, in good faith , put their loved ones in this facility. Understaffed, poor management, and inadequate care. My mother’s clothing and personal items were stolen. She left this facility filthy with one pair of shoes. Please trust the reviews.

My mother went there on a Friday at 1:30 by fully alert and able to communicate by Saturday morning She was nonresponsive at 9 o’clock in the morning. I asked them to call 911. They said they were waiting on their doctor. I told them no call 911 or I was going to by the time my mom made it to the hospital she was unresponsive to say my mom passed away on Monday. They did not have the breathing equipment for my mom even though they swore they did. Some of the nurses/Caretakers were flat out rude. I don’t think and I don’t feel they adequately, took care of my mother And the worst part is she was only there for physical therapy.

Giving this a 2 star because my grandmother was here for a couple of years before passing in 2018 and when visiting her it seemed like a lovely place. Therefore, I’m extremely disappointed in the experience we had trying to transfer my father into this place. They medically discriminated against my father and denied acceptance into this facility. My father had a brain bleed stroke and when leaving the hospital he needed physical therapy and speech/memory therapy. Took them 4 days to deny him, with being insurance approved already and knowing the distressed situation my father was in, saying they aren’t “medically equipped” for him. When questioned what they meant by not medically equipped, I was given an unanswered hesitated excuse of them being short staffed for the coming weekend. Then I asked if he could be transferred after the weekend and I was told again, no they aren’t medically equipped. So I guess it takes 4 days to look over someone’s chart to realize you’re too short staffed to except patients, after being told they were excepting patients and beds were available. Also took 4 days to just not be “medically equipped” for someone with my dads health, something they should professionally know from the beginning of contact to not waste people’s time and health. Overall just a bad experience knowing the situation my father and my family was going through. Sadly I do not recommend this facility if your loved one had a brain bleed and needs therapy. They are not “medically equipped” to help your loved one recover.
