Assisted Living At Romweber Flats

Absolutely gorgeous apartments. Convenience and style all in one place. I loved the open feel.

My grandma is widowed and and 89 years old. She moved in to this apartment about 2 years ago. They have a restaurant that lets her eat for inexpensive without having to cook. It has an elevator and staircase. It has an exercise room and a common sitting area with a tv, couch, and tables to eat at. It’s a quiet place, but you do see others here and there. It has locked doors so the residents are safe. The apartment itself is not fancy, but that keeps her from having a lot to clean. It does bother me that she’s isn’t allowed to hang things unless she asks the maintenance permission first so a lot of her pictures are sitting in the hallway from her door to her living room. The apartments are set up like a single wide mobile home trailer with one long hallway down the side.

For it to be setup for handicap the parking sucks residents are required to park across the street in the parking lot the handicap parking by the building is reserved for restaurant customers only. My mom is 82 and can’t walk very far parked by the building due to the snow she was told if she didn’t move it they would have it towed away they had the maintenance guy go out and shovel it out so she could move it

Exceptional staff and beautiful property. Apartments are very nice and the amenities are wonderful. My sister has been a resident for nearly a year and loves it. Everything is within walking distance. Batesville is a very nice community.

Nice place. I love the area and as a nurse the residents there are super simple to care for. I would gladly go back, they have some very cool decor as well
