ASSISTED LIVING AT TRINITY VILLAGE

TENANTS BEWARE!!! PEOPLE IN ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR A PAYCHECK!!! Whitney in the front office is as RUDE AS THEY COME!! A five star review is only for the ladies in actual contact with residents. The only reason I’m editing this review is because of the following ladies. Norma, Tori, Jody, Justina, Christy, Mesei, Nicole, Megan and Amy. Without all of the medical personnel in this facility, Trinity WOULDN’T exist. Nurses and other medical professionals put the “care” in healthcare. Since my fathers fall he is currently residing on the assisted living side. I personally think he needs to be in a nursing home. However, we put my sister in charge. It’s only a matter of time. The ladies mentioned above are the ones who are doing ALL of the work to help my father. My family is so thankful to have you helping my father. Thank you for doing what you do day in and day out! A special thank you to Nurse Jody. She had to administer the Heimlich maneuver on my father less than 2 weeks ago because he was choking. She told me that in her 20 year career she’s only had to do it twice. (both times successfull) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for saving my dad’s life! Stay fabulous ladies!!!

My mother lives at this facility for 8 years now! We both love it .. safe environment with all the amenities needed. Mom has great neighbors and lots of friends to offer help when she needs it.

My folks have been here for several years and it is definatley home to them. The staff is very caring and concerned about them and the food is excellent. Recently when my Mom had to go to a nursing home, they were so caring and concerned, they bent over backwards to help and assure my 92 year old dad that they would do everything to help in this transition time. They have a shuttle service that takes them places, entetainment for the residences, a workout facility, activities, ect. The place is always clean and the people friendly....highly recommend Trinity.....10 stars!!!

We had an outstanding time at Trinity Lutheran Village! The staff, Veterans and other residents were awesome! They had juice, coffee, donuts and plenty of ice cold water ready when we arrived.we had an excellent visit with everyone, they have a really nice home there!

Toured facility with my mother. Beautiful facility inside and out. Very friendly, caring and family-oriented staff. Awesome amenities for residents including very comprehensive wellness center. Cozy sitting places around fireplaces and throughout building.
