So glad my mom has come to live here. The staff are excellent, friendly and make sure she is happy and comfortable. Especially fond of Luis! The food is honestly amazing. I highly suggest this place for you or someone you love.

Despite several efforts to get an appointment for my mother to have an assessment done (calls, in-person visits) within a window period of her visit to Portland, I never received a callback. I will say that that receptionist was always responsive and helpful. The administrator's mailbox has been full for months. I filled out an application, and despite my efforts to set up an appointment, I never received a callback. The reference number for residence information is inoperable as well. It's clear that the facility is grossly understaffed. The facility appears clean and well kept, but I can't fathom having my elderly mother reside in a facility that is so non-responsive.

I tried and tried to get my mother into this facility but the administration is completely non-responsive. I tried calling the administrator several times and couldn't even leave a voicemail because her voicemail box was always full. It makes one wonder about the quality of care at that facility. Fortunately we found a much better place.
