My mother has been at Aster’s for 2 weeks now. The first thing we were impressed with was the friendliness of the residents and the staff. The staff is always kind and helpful, even riding in the elevator with her so she wouldn’t have to ride alone, This has been a huge adjustment for her and everyone has been wonderful to her and our family. I would highly recommend this facility!

We do so many activities with these residents. We go out to eat once a month. We take them to Jurassic Park, the zoo, even the Christmas lights, and many more. They help decorate the trees for Christmas. We even decorate the bus. We do the parades and the residents help decorate the bus and they get to be in the parade. The residents smile when they see us knowing that we're going to help them and take care of them. These residents are so sweet and kind. That is why love being here.

Why isnt there an executive director hired after 7 months or more with out one, too cheap to hire one? Only 2 caregivers for how many residents, 3 floors of residents with 2 caregivers and then 1 caregivers for several hours before supper, what are you doing to this place and why can't the owner do something, staff and residents say this is the worse its EVER been since it opened. Who us running this place anyway???? Residents pay good money to live here they deserve to be fully staffed by state regulations not by a so called owner that won't hire any executive directors but employees already there expected to do 2 jobs and then called an interim director so the owners can line their pickets with more revenue. The orginal owner doesn't even run this place anymore but her picture is still on the website. Now the residents are no longer allowed to even have garbage bags, it doesn't look like anyone is tarnishing Asters assisted living s reputation but the owner and the man in charge of financial aspects Shame on all of you!!
