ASTER MANOR ADULT FOSTER CARE

This place is not how they paint it to be on there website, could it be that is why they took down there website!? 🤔I was there for a couple of months nothing but chaos they are not fully equipped to take full care of people with disabilities, the place needs a lot of work in and out including the caregivers and the owners very poor people skills. out control lots verbal abuse takes place at that house. when I got there they weren't prepare they didn't have Suprapubic catheters they where not very knowledgeable with the breathing Ventilator. (LTV)they would used the same suction catheters throughout the day very unsanitary. they didn't have the supplies for my tracheostomy. my first appointment that I got which took for ever to get one, the owner took me to the first appointment she didn't buckle me up in the Van she drove too fast over the street dips on the road I almost flew of my power wheelchair I could of got seriously hurt. my (p-w) ended up dying on us they are very irresponsible. there's not much room to get around in the house too much clutter rooms are really tiny very hard to maneuver around. not to mention the big dogs all the animals in the home. One good thing at times when they cook food was aight my showers where good when a certain (CG) did it she was the only caring person there. I just wish (you) "Astor Manor" could take responsibility and accountability for the sake of those guys you still have there under your care. anyone else who dares and decides to go there. treat people with respect and dignity remember we are not staying their for free. remember to have a prosperous business it's too humble yourselfs.
