HORRIBLE ! tried to inquire about residency there. they asked for all kinds of records and information. I provided it to them but they never get back to you. made many calls the director makes promises to get back to you but they just ignore your phone cals over and over.

Well I guess I have some questions? I have a great aunt that is living here, and does not seem to be receiving the best care? She not getting a shower, nails taken care of etc. She was out of toilet paper and was using her own clothing in its place. Recently had fallen again and didn't get help a few hours. I would think if a elderly person is a fall risk that they would should be checked in often. There is also not good communication with the family when things happen with her or she is in need of things. Also wanted to add when she fell her neighbors heard her yelling for help but some how none of the staff did?

My father is a retired Navy veteran. I had cared for my father after his stroke in my home for many years. Making the decision to move my father to an assisted living did not come easy. After a lot of looking, we couldn't be happier with the move to Astoria. It has a comfy feel, very affordable, and great care. From the moment I met Joney in admissions, she held our hand through the whole transition. They've even helped with VA assistance! I can't begin to thank Harry, Callie, Joney, Adria and Anna enough for all their help and the peace of mind Astoria has given me, my father and our family. With sincere gratitude - thank you💙 Teresa
