AT HAVEN HOME

Merced Senior Living was a Godsend to us as we were trying to find a home for an older gentleman in our church that did not have any family here locally. When we first arrived, we just felt like a huge burden had been lifted from us as Laurie Kiil, and a few others that I don't remember their names, just made everything so easy. The process of getting our friend moved in just went seamless. I think the thing that I most appreciated was that the communication was so thorough and everyone was so approachable. This scores big points with me! Since move in, I have witnessed the great care and concern for all of their residents. Thanks to all!

Hard a wonderful tour today with my mother and was very impressed with the quality and atmosphere. My mom also enjoyed the tour and showed interest in possibly moving there!

Laurie, the director was amazing from the first point of contact until our family member passed She was accommodating and caring and fully exceeded any of our expectations She was available anytime day or night and never made you feel like a burden. During our mother’s stay, her caregiver Jamie was so kind and attentive, and clearly loves her job and takes such good care of the residents. Not only was she there for her resident, but our whole family as well, attending to our every need at this very difficult time. She went so far as to get us a beautiful plant and card that we will cherish forever. It really was personal beautiful care that made a very painful time bearable. Every employee from the management to the activities director to the caretakers and nurses were amazing. Even the maintenance person brought our mom a rose and was so kind. We have had other family members in assisted-living so we have a lot of collective experience, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Pacifica senior living, as it is outstanding on every level of care. It should also be noted that the facility itself is beautiful, always clean and well cared for. All the residents that we encountered during our stay seemed happy and satisfied with their residency there. Thank you so much to Laurie, Jamie, and the entire staff at Pacifica Senior. I went with a friend to help her find the right place for a family member who could no longer live on their own. We toured the facility with a director who was very pleasant, helpful and informative, she answered every question and meet every need for my friend. Each person we talked to made her more comfortable making the decision to put her loved one in Pacifica knowing they would be happy there in a nice facility with good care and a good atmosphere that would feel at home.

The care department at Pacifica Senior Living truly goes above and beyond. The attention, professionalism, and compassion shown by the entire care team is unmatched. Their care director leads with heart and integrity, making sure every resident receives the personalized attention they deserve. It’s clear that the well-being of the clientele is their top priority.
