AT HOME AGAIN WAUNAKEE LLC

Our dad moved to Home Again about four years ago and he couldn't be happier! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful at any given time. The nurses on staff will call our family with any concerns or updates on his well-being every time something changes. Taking care of our dad's finances has been very easy as Home Again is up to date on taking care of everything online. And the core staff has truly become family, especially with our dad. Social hour three times a week plus bingo and a community dining room has given our dad plenty of opportunities to gather with other residents and friends. Our family would definitely recommend Home Again to anyone looking for a place to call home!

My wife and I were under the gun to find a home for my mom, who was hospitalized over the holidays and after rehab was determined to need more help than we could give living at home with us and our two teenage kids. We toured several ALF's in and around Madison and upon walking in the door at Home Again in Waunakee, I think our decision was made within the first 10 minutes. The ownership's passion for their residents and the "home again" experience they provide made our choice easy. My mom is happier then I've seen her in a long time. She loves the staff, all the fun activities, the helping hands and regular check-ins, the independence, the community with fellow residents, the beautiful facility and surrounding area, and yes even the food. I can't imagine a better move for her at this stage in her life, and we're grateful that she can comfortably stay there forever in the hands of people who truly care.

My father recently passed but my mother is still at Home Again Assisted Living in Waunakee. They began their stay there as soon as the facility opened. After the initial tour they decided to move into Home Again and my mother is still there enjoying the facility and the care provided. As far as the care goes ... it’s top notched and professional!! Everyone there is caring, professional and very receptive to all their resident’s needs. Both my parents would constantly tell me how much they enjoyed the facility. It’s a beautiful building and the grounds are maintained professionally. So if you’re at all considering a place for elderly family members, I highly recommend Home Again.
