AT HOME ELDER CARE

After seeing an ad in our parsh bulletin, I contacted Home Instead of Orange when we needed daycare for my Mom. The caregiver was kind and respectful recogning that Mom needed help but but wouldn't admit it. She gently worked with her to gain her trust. I want to share my appreciation for Home Instead in Orange, and especially for Richard, our caregiver who has been with us for 4 years. Richard is gifted with the skill to recognize the challenges of age and dementia and attends to my father with care. Richard has become part of our family and I speak on behalf of all of us in appreciation of him! The staff at Home Instead has been responsive and helpful, and we are grateful for the care given to my family from the whole staff and especially Richard.

My family members caregiver Mary has been exceptional from day one. She is consistently reliable and dependable, always meeting our needs. Mary is caring, thoughtful and goes above and beyond. We can always count on her. I would highly recommend Home Instead for your loved one’s needs. The management and staff are easy to work with and always make you feel comfortable.

Home Instead provided amazing care for our uncle who is in his late 90's. As he struggles with the many issues that arise when one reaches such a late age, Home Instead's round-the-clock care was top notch. Everyone I interacted with at Home Instead was so helpful an easy to work with. I highly recommend them when looking for home care for a loved one.
