If you need the individual care and attention for a close relative they deserve, then this is the right place. The caregivers are fantastic and the facility was recently refurbished. It has that homey feeling and doesn't feel institutionalized like some of the larger, locked down facilities.

Great place for anyone that needs special care. The owners Catherine and Elizabeth and the staff were excellent in the care of a great friend Betty, I would be very happy and pleased to recommend anyone who needs special care this home.

My 97 yr old mother had been able to live independently in her own home until lately. When her status changed, I had to quickly find a place for her where I could trust that she would be well cared for 24/7. At Open Arms came highly recommended by a mutual friend. From the moment I walked in I knew this was the perfect place for mother. The owner Elizabeth and her daughter Catherine where very gracious, helpful and informative. The home is warm, inviting, and well maintained (clean). Catherine and the two resident care givers treat each patient as if they are family. They were very attentive to my mother’s special needs especially diet. Her room was very accommodating and well lite with a private access to the patio/back yard. Though mother’s health declined quickly, I am very glad she enjoyed her final days in this beautiful home with these gracious caring people. Thank you Elizabeth, Catherine and staff.

I needed a full board and care location nearby that would provide safe and personal care for my 96 year old mother. The staff is friendly and careful with her and I can contact them anytime concerning her health issues. I know they treat her as family and watch out for any changes in her mental and physical state. I can recommend At Open Arms for your loved ones.
