A place like home

Greatly appreciate Caroline and Danica for taking care of my mom-in-law. They’ve provided an exceptional care to her, they’re very nice and caring. My mom was able to recover. Caroline is the owner and she’s very approachable and met our needs for mom-in-law. I would recommend the residential care in Beaumont.

I give this place a 1 star. I would not recommend this place if you truly love your family member. The pictures do not realistically depict the way this place actually looks. It’s a rather cold, unfriendly environment and the staff does not demonstrate much empathy or care for the patients. The staff can be unfriendly and rude. The workers attitude of not liking what they do and not wanting to even be there was felt each time I visited my family member. Just to name a few things, window screens were torn near my family members bed and there were spider webs on the inside window that I reported needed to be addressed. There was a floor lamp tied with a piece of ribbon to the bed leg of her roommate in jeopardy of falling on the poor little lady. Little effort in meals served and high in starch. The final transition occurred when my family member was admitted to the hospital due to infected open sores that were leaking puss. I am so thankful I no longer have to visit that depressing place. My family member has been moved to a much better place and is receiving the quality care she deserves and she looks so much better and most importantly she looks so much happier.

I would put a zero star if I could. Straight out of a netflix documentary, do not send your family here if you care about them. They were stealing a residence income and taking advantage of them, keeping them away from family. Once family was involved, an APS report was filed for Financial abuse. CCL will also have a report filed for their B&C unethical practices. Once family moved resident out, the owner began harassment with the sister of the resident creating stress. They Do NOT care about patient care, only money. The owner also tried to bribe the Hospice agency assisting the family with other clients to make them go back to her facility. They even has someone call to claim to be the brother (even though the resident only had sisters) Very shady practices. Uses threats, slander, and unethical practices for patient care. Please be aware

This place is so perfect for my mom. They are all professional and very caring. The resident are all clean and ideal for elderly. I will recommend this place. Staffs are all caring and friendly. The owner is kind and understanding.
