ATRIA CARROLLTON

My family have been to the Atria Care multiple times to volunteer with YMSL and Girl Scouts. We love the environment there and all the residents. It is always so welcoming and clean. We always look forward to visiting them.

I’ve been coming to Atria as a volunteer for 6 years and now have my own parent here. Such a wonderful place in Carrollton, they take great care of their residents, and the people are amazing. We love Sandy! She was our volunteer coordinator for the organization I worked with and she is such a hard worker with a heart for this place! Highly recommend!

Atria has taken excellent care of my aunt. Their staff is kind and gentle. They have taken her to the rose garden , out to a Mexican restaurant and to see holiday lights. They provide transportation for her appointments and always have holiday celebrations. Room sizes and food is excellent. For me, what stood out was their staff. They treat everyone like family. I feel relieved to know I will have a place for my mom when the time comes.

When my father in law passed my mother in law with dementia had to come live with us. After touring the Atria facility I knew I found the perfect place for her. You can tell how great a facility is by looking at their residents. Everyone one of them was happy! The memory care side is top notch. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for assisted living or memory care. You will feel so welcomed by everyone the second you walk in.

I have a sister who has lived at Atria since June 2023 and has been in the Life Guidance (LG) (Memory Care) area since August 2024. She loves living there and the entire team at Atria makes her feel so special. They work tirelessly to make sure she is involved in activities and not just staying in her apartment. This Team in LG is beyond amazing. The Team consists of: Marcella Cassidy Elisha Jasmine Jackie Rupa Cindy Grace Aliyah Fatima Eileen Vanessa They love my sister and it shows on each of them. My sister seeks constant love from all of them and they are always willing to give her a hug and that just makes her day. Their job is not easy, I can assure you and it takes a special person to do the job and they always seem to have a smile on their face. THANK YOU TO THIS ENTIRE TEAM! The leader in the LG area is Haley and I am beyond impressed with her. She is so accommodating and willing to work with me to help ensure that my sister has exactly what she needs. They are willing to constantly tweak the care they deliver based on my requests and I always feel like they have the attitude of doing whatever it takes. Haley impresses me each and every day. I can’t say enough about this amazing Team. It takes a village and I am so fortunate and grateful that these individuals are in our village. When things don’t go as planned, and that may happen, as mistakes do occur, it will not be intentional and it will be corrected and always with a serving heart. They truly want to provide the best care to my loved one and they want me to be involved. As I said, it takes a village. I could not be happier with this Team in the LG area. I love Atria Life Guidance!
