Novellus is a very caring family like residence. Everyone works together to take care of the residents. They have wonderful events and parties. On Saturday, April 19th, several family members and I had the opportunity to visit Novellus Memory Care Facilities. We were thoroughly impressed by the impeccably maintained environment, the exemplary staff, and the residents who warmly, willingly, and openly welcomed our presence. The residents graciously shared their perspectives and expressed their joy in being part of the community. This decision to place a loved one in a care facility can be overwhelming,so I say Thank You, Candi , as your caring heart and loving spirit lightened a heavy load. Might ,I also suggest you trying to schedule around lunch as the food looked and smelled delicious. The cinnamon rolls that we received are exceptionally good.

My husband and I stopped in to visit a dear friend. We found the staff to be very warm, friendly and professional. Novellus is a very pleasant homey residence. Our friend is well cared for and our visit was very nice.

The facility was very warm and welcoming. I was greeted immediately by the concierge. It was decorated beautifully for the season. I was taken on a facility tour by the activities director, she was very kind and friendly, she gave us a thorough tour. The facility is in an excellent location. I would definitely consider moving here. Thank you. Pat H

I was visiting the community and observing. When passing by the staff each and everyone that I passed said hello with a smile. I needed to take a head board off of a bed frame, and did not have the correct tools with me, the maintenance assistant did not hesitate to bring me the correct tools and help me take the bed apart and move it. It was very comforting to see all the staff being so greet full and helpful.
