Atria Manresa

This place is the worst, DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. They do not care. They are understaffed, the place is run down, mold everywhere, the smell of feces is horrible. They have run out of food, the food given is bare minimum ,the waters been shut off twice. They have a couple employees that seemed to care but don't last long bc they are disgusted of the conditions themselves. Google allows businesses to delete bad reviews. It's no surprise they have glowing reviews. That's a lie. Please do your own research I have screen shot the Ai overview of manressa.

My uncle has been at Manresa for close to 7 months now. And for 7 months we have been getting excuses, apologies and lies the entire time. And I know how this works. This "bad reveiw" will be taken down immediately but I can only hope someone will read this and keep their loved ones away! It's not just one issue, it's just far too many to list!! Shame on those who take advantage our seniors!!

I don't think I can find enough words to express how wonderful this whole experience has been. Bethany has gone above and beyond to help me find a perfect apartment for my 86 year old aunt. She could not have been any kinder or understanding. Cheryl has been exceptional as well. They both have treated my aunt with respect and courtesy and have guided us through this process. I would have been lost without them. This is a lovely facility. Beautiful views, tastefully decorated, much thought put into activities. I feel relieved and confident moving my aunt to Celebration Villa at Manresa and I thank everyone who has helped us in this journey.

We love Atria Manresa, and we've been very happy with my father's experience there! The staff is amazing! Here are my father's thoughts, "I love the van trips. It's so nice to be able to get out to restaurants and events in the area. Annapolis has so many great events, and I can still be part of them. During the pandemic my family sent me pictures and the staff hung them on the walls for me. Now I'm surrounded by friends and have staff who care and help to make this time that we are away from our families pleasant. It goes a very long way."

We were, quite frankly, a bit apprehensive when looking for assisted living facilities for my mother-in-law. Placing your parent in assisted living during a pandemic made it even more difficult. We are very thankful that we chose Atria Manresa in Annapolis. The facility is beautiful. My mother-in-law has a gorgeous view of the Severn River. The staff goes beyond the call of duty to make my mother-in-law feel welcome, respected and included. She has acclimated much better than we had hoped she would (and she loves the food!). We appreciate the staff at Atria Manresa for their kindness, hard work and generosity. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for assisted living.
