We started looking with my wife’s mother who was interested in the idea 💡 of moving to a nice senior residence the first time ever. She is 93 and still pretty independent and loved this place on our tour and a subsequent visit. The staff was friendly but more importantly to us interacted very well with each other and the residents. Residents we saw 👀 and met really liked the facility. It’s clean and well kept and is the kind of place you could stay in as as your physical needs changed. It’s not cheap but it feels safe. We were quoted $6,300 month 1-bdr 12/2025 with all meals and much more. Recommend.

My loved one was moved to Atria Park of Lafayette when she couldn't stay in her independent living apartment anymore. She entered hospice, and the nurse and med techs kept messing up the timing of her pain medicine. They were mixing up the dosages too. So, my loved one was in and out of pain throughout the dying process. When I called to check on my aunt and ask about her medicine, twice, med tech Tracy hung up on me.

When we visited our family friend at Atria Park Of Lafayette, she enthusiastically shared how much she loves living there. The staff, most of whom are Filipino, are always smiling and incredibly helpful, making the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The management and the nurses provide excellent service and are always on top of everything we need. We were impressed by the level of care and attention to detail. It's clear why our friend loves living at Atria Park Of Lafayette!

The staff in the Life Guidance Memory Center are exceptional! Marianne, the director, leads a staff of the highest caliber. My father was there for over a year and they cared for him as if he was part of their own family. He was taken care of with compassion, dignity and love. Residents appear very happy there. They enjoy good food and a stimulating environment. Marianne and her team offer a rich and diverse activity program (e.g., live music, exercise, games, education, "field trips" and themed socials). Marianne is thoughtful of every resident and their family's needs! For example, because my parents and other residents have long-time partners, she even provided a renewal of vows ceremony with an officiant, cake and framed photographs! A special shout out to some specific caregivers (whom I'm guessing I cannot name...you know who you are): I hope that Atria treats you well and compensates you for your invaluable work. We consider you extensions of our family and will be forever grateful for all of you!!! "Papa" felt your love. Thank you!

I have been coming to the community for over five years. The team is stellar. The kindness extended to residents is authentic and sincere. The care team is headed by a warm, dedicated and charming nurse. The med techs are present everyday to make sure folks get what they need on time. There is always something fun happening even during challenging times like Covid 19.
