My mother has been at Vitality for over a year and has had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and caring, the food is good and my mom has been able to establish some very close friendships. The facility is well-maintained. In fact, they just completed a remodel project. Overall, it’s been a great experience.

We are so blessed to have AMAZING staff to help care for my mom!! They are all (from management to kitchen staff to house keepers) willing to always lend a helping hand not only to her but also to us her family. This facility is always clean and organized! There has never been a time when we as her family have walked in to chaos. There is always a friendly smiling face at reception ready to help. My mom loves going to many of the activities and outings they have Daily and weekly!!! I wish I could name every single employee by name but fearfulI may leave someone out. We love Vitality Living of Lake Forest and are blessed for my mom to be there.!!

My Mother moved in May while the facility remodeling was occurring. Previously she was drepressed as I was for her. Seems her life was such a uphill struggle. Shockingly ; soon she said she was happy...I thought well maybe some good meds or she just less miserable. But she talked about going places .doing activities ,and meeting friends. I thought no way. She started thriving! Skinny mini gained weight. Then in 6 months later I attended the holiday party.WOW!! It was like being on cruise. Open bar . Great selection of food. An employee danced with her. I actually choked up and cried...she was really happy. I never ever thought this would ocur. I am really happy too. I hope everyone else's loveones could be part of this community.

I highly recommend Vitality Lake Forest for your loved ones. They create such a welcoming environment and a feeling of being home from the moment you walk into the door. My Mother does not want for anything and is treated kindly and always with respect. Many thanks to ALL the wonderful workers there who go above and beyond to make each resident feel loved and cared for.

We moved my MIL into Vitality almost a year ago. Best decision we could have made. The entire staff has come to feel like trusted family members. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. The amount of activities, run by a caring team of people, is amazing. Her one bedroom apartment is the perfect size for transitioning from her larger condo. We wish we had moved her there years ago.
